Create your account
Sign up with your work email and a password. It takes about two minutes.

Add business and bank details
Legal name, PAN and GSTIN, then the bank account you want paid into. Pick your settlement period here too.

Get approved
The Voltatic team checks your details. You get an email when you are approved, or a note on what to fix.

Create your locations, connect your chargers, set your prices. Drivers can find and pay at them straight away.

Settlement and payouts
How a session becomes money in your bank.
You choose how long money waits before it is paid out, from 2 days up, subject to the payment terms agreed for your account. Everything due goes to your bank in one transfer.

Questions operators ask.
Operator accounts are for businesses that run their own chargers. If you want Voltatic to connect a charger for you, see assisted onboarding.
Ask on WhatsAppWho can sign up?
Any business in India that owns or operates EV chargers: charging companies, fleets, hotels, malls, offices, housing societies. You need a registered business with a GSTIN.
What do I need to apply?
Your legal business name, PAN, GSTIN and registered address, and a bank account in the business’s name with its IFSC.
How do I know I’m approved?
You get an email. Until then, signing in shows your application status. If something needs changing, the email and your status page tell you exactly what.
What is the settlement period, and can I change it?
It is how many days money from a session waits before it is paid out. You choose it, with a minimum of 2 days, subject to the payment terms agreed for your account. You can change it any time from your Payouts page; the new period applies to sessions from then on.
What does Voltatic charge?
A platform commission on each session, agreed with you when your account is approved and shown in your account. Payment gateway charges and GST on these fees are shown line by line on every session, so nothing is hidden.
What is the TCS deduction?
Under GST rules, a 0.5% Tax Collected at Source is deducted on sales made through a platform. It is deposited against your GSTIN, and you can claim it on the GST portal.
What if a payout fails?
If a transfer bounces, those sessions go back into the next nightly batch automatically. You can see the status and reason of every payout in your account.
What happens if I change my bank details?
Changes to your bank or business details are re-checked before payouts resume. Your chargers keep running; this only protects your money from being redirected.
